DAYS 3, 4 & 5

Begin your day with an early breakfast before departing via light aircraft to Somalisa Camp, a distinguished tented camp nestled in the core of Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe. This camp is uniquely positioned on an acacia island at the brink of an ancient seasonal floodplain, offering breathtaking views of the savannah plains.

The camp features seven beautifully appointed sail tents, each complete with en-suite facilities that include both indoor and outdoor showers, alongside a copper slipper-style bathtub. Guests can expect to encounter a diverse array of wildlife, including elephants, lions, zebras, gemsboks, giraffes, leopards, hyenas, roan antelopes, and many others. Additionally, the camp overlooks a waterhole that attracts a wealth of game, providing guests with an extraordinary viewing experience right from the camp.

DAYS 6, 7 & 8

Situated along the ancient Zambezi River, in one of Africa’s most untouched and remote areas, Nyamatusi Camp offers an unparalleled wilderness experience. The camp features six opulent tented suites, each boasting unobstructed views of the river and the distant escarpment. Designed for romance, the tents are elegantly decorated with plush drapery and equipped with modern comforts such as air-conditioning, both indoor and outdoor showers, a private viewing deck, and a personal plunge pool.

The camp’s activities are focused on immersing guests in the natural beauty of the area through expertly guided game drives, canoeing, and motorboat excursions at sunset along the Zambezi River. The region is a haven for wildlife, with frequent sightings of lions, leopards, wild dogs, buffalo, hippos, ancient crocodiles, a vast array of antelope, and an abundance of bird species.
